Mandy responds to an ad in the paper about a cheap apartment in an up and coming area. To her shock and horror, the place is a dump! Her attitude tries to tick Miss Velvets off, but this is what she wanted all along. Miss Velvets is going to need some help however, from her hired assistant. Miss Velvets has plans for her new little feisty prize, while the assistant has plans of his own. Sometimes good help is just so hard to find these days!
